Positive: Really great location, next to the Jerash ruins. Use your car to go to the ruins tho, as there will be a lot of walking anyway. Tasty breakfast. Don´t forget to turn on your water heater before you go to the shower.

Negative: Bed mattresses could be better.

Positive: Very basic but you get what you pay for. The only staff we saw was during check in - and we had to whatsapp to ask someone to come down. The accommodation advertises breakfast but we got no information/ offer for this. There is a bakery at the top of the hill that has some options. Lots of space for parking which is covered by CCTV. There was minimal noise at night despite being next to a road. Shower had good water pressure and we paid by card.

Negative: Location is next to a side entrance to the ruins, but this is only open during daylight hours. The hotel is centred at the bottom of a busy intersection, with minimal street lights and no pavement which makes it dangerous to walk around when dark (note sunset is 5.30pm in winter). There are no restaurants for dinner nearby. The door to the accommodation was left open (literally wide open) all night. Room was a bit dirty, marks on the walls and the bed blanket (no duvet) had a large tear in it. The towels also had marks and the wall was crumbling in places.

Positive: The location was great and walkable to the Jerash Visitor Center. Took at least 15 min walk but on steep hill. The owner managed to solve my booking requirement as there were 3 of us as the triple room was occupied. Very kind of him to give us another extra room without any additional cost. Nice, clean and big room. Very friendly.

Negative: The toilet tile was very slippery when wet. Need to put non slip rubber mat.
