This property offers an ideal getaway for outdoor enthusiasts of all seasons. This custom-built home boasts five bedrooms and three and a half baths, providing ample space for a comfortable and cozy stay.
The main floor of the home features an open concept design, with easy flow throughout the living room, kitchen, and dining room. This layout allows for a spacious and inviting gathering area where you can relax, cook, and dine together. The living room is furnished with comfortable and modern mountain furnishings, a fireplace creating a warm and inviting atmosphere after a long day on the slopes and floor to ceiling sweeping views.
Moving to the second level, you'll find the primary bedroom, complete with a private bath for added convenience and privacy. Remember we are in the mountains of Maine and the snow we hope for all year can make travel more difficult. We recommend all or 4 wheel drive in the winter season. The roads and driveway are professionally maintained but guests may find travel difficult without it. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is pressed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
