4 Bedroom House in Dalton Ranch, Durango

Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located on the 11th fairway in the Dalton Ranch Country Club in the heart of the beautiful Animas Valley. An easy drive just 10 minutes north of downtown Durango and 20 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort our home is central to golfing, skiing, hiking, biking and all the activities this region has to offer. Our home features A/C, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, and a large patio with a gas grill overlooking the golf course and waterway.
In addition to our fantastic location, Durango Hot Springs with a full spa is less than a mile from our home. This home provides the perfect base camp for all of your favorite activities.
Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King Bed (located on the main level with a TV and ensuite bath)
2nd Bedroom - King Bed (2nd level)
3rd Bedroom - Bunkbeds, full under twin (2nd level)
4th Bedroom – Queen Bed (main level)

Pets: This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $200/per pet and will be added to your reservation after you book.
We can accommodate 2 cars at this home. Per HOA regulations cars are not allowed to be parked on the street. You may park in the garage and driveway. RV, trailers, etc. are prohibited.
NO Smoking anywhere on the premises.
Guests will be sent a vacation rental agreement by Durango Colorado Vacations (the property manager) to e-sign at the time of booking.
A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.
Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras.
Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.
Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Summary: Exactly as advertised - this is a super clean, spacious property right on the golf course. Its a beautiful setting and an easy drive to town. Had a glitch with the coffee maker and had new one delivered to us in under an hour - management is super friendly and responsive. All good!! peace

Summary: 10 minutes from the slopes, this 4 bedroom condo with fireplace was clean, cozy, easy-- on a small stream with lovely views. Groceries nearby. Spent the holidays there-- rode the polar express train, did a sleigh ride behinds horses, hot springs, skiing, great restaurants--enjoyed every minute!!

Summary: The location of this property is second to none. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay. The property itself is a bit dated, but overall a nice place. I would recommend to the owner/manager that perhaps a deep cleaning would be good, lots of spider webs around the outside doors and windows. The being said though, we wouldn't hesitate to rent here again.

Summary: Pros: The size of the property was great for our group size. (8). The location being just out of town and on a green golf course was great for us. Just a quick drive into town. We just had a short 3 night stay spending a few days in Durango. We enjoyed the Train to Silverton, rafting on the river, enjoyed shops on Main Street, and had an evening at Bar D Chuckwagon show. Overall it was a great trip and the property served all our needs. Cons: (minor things) The property itself could use a few tweaks and maintenance adjustments. Toilet handles are a coming loose, shower upstairs drained poorly and was a little dirty upon arrival, an absence of some of the basics for kitchen use (salt and pepper. Oil, dish soap, etc.) mosquito repellent candle for outside(suggestion only) .Just a few minor things that could make the total experience a little more user friendly. Nothing major at all. The lack of shower draining upstairs was the main concern. Overall: We had a good stay and the property was accommodating. Great few days ms in Durango!
