Summary: I was choosing between three hotels all near the beach and I’m so glad I picked the Pantai. Besides it’s fabulous location and free breakfast, the staff is incredibly helpful. Plus there is a golf cart that the staff will readily use to take you around town. It was hot and humid, which they say is very unusual but we ended up using the golf shuttle, cause it was a fast and breezy way to go to many of the farther locations we would normally walk. The air-conditioning was beyond excellent. When I saw the other two locations, I considered I was doubly glad we picked the Pantai There were also free cookies, free drinks, nonalcoholic offered. It was an excellent excellent stay

Summary: Amazing location across a little road from the coast. Great breakfast with lots of variety and a view of the ocean. Super helpful staff with a shout out to Fal who went above and beyond.

Summary: This hotel/Inn was everything you want and more for a vacation in La Jolla. It's very clean, situated in an excellent location, the balconies and roof top were amazing( including the views) , the staff was both friendly and accommodating, and the complementary breakfast was amazing. When I come back to La Jolla, I will stay there again. You can't go wrong. They offer free water, pop, coffee, tea, and homemade cookies all day to guests. They also offer free golf cart service to locations around the hotel. This is the place to stay in La Jolla. I can't say enough good things about it.

Summary: Perfect property and location for myself and my 3 teenaged kids. May not be the right fit for someone looking for brand new rooms and amenities, but for us, the character of the hotel added to the experience, and the location cannot be beat.

Summary: Spotless room, great location, and an incredible rooftop — this place had it all. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout our stay, and the complimentary breakfast was a lovely bonus. The courtyard is a perfect spot to unwind. Already looking forward to coming back!

Summary: been coming here for years and always try and get the same room, 202 - could really use an update on the shower faucets and fixtures. also could not get the keurig machine to latch and make the coffee. otherwise, always clean, great staff and really appreciate the breakfast room(s)!
