Positive: The team were great we had a problem with some stinky smell outside so to make us pleased they moved us to other room which were perfect spot

Negative: They seem to be not quite honest… first, they are telling that it is not possible to be in a villa with 3 kids, and we saw that they allowed a family to do so, regardless Second, generally, the policy of the hotel is not to keep specific rooms for reservation, and we found out that they did keep specific rooms (105,106) for guests What I want to say is that every guest is important, so if you decide on something, you stick with it for everyone

Positive: Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived to the pier, the reception was amazing, we sat in a comfortable air-conditioned room and were served juice and cold towels. The entire resort looks incredible, clear blue waters everything super clean and esthetic. Staff were absolutely amazing, always super helpful and welcoming.

Negative: The food is absolutely unacceptable for a resort of this level. They only have Thai food menu and it was the most plain and tasteless Thai food we have ever eaten. We were taking a taxi outside the resort 15 minutes drive just to eat something good. The coffee is also terrible and whoever is making the coffee doesn't know anything about coffee. On top of that it was extremely expensive for what it is. They really need to improve their food experience.

Summary: Excellent stay we really enjoyed ourselves. 9/10 - If the food was good it would be 10/10
