Positive: The beach and the spot itself is still amazing. The restaurant has very decent Thai food, even to a ok price for the room rate
Negative: We had 107 (direct beach villa) which seemed to be a little worn down amd altogether a lot smaller than 111 we had for same price on last stay. Bathroom water was not fully closing, not all ligths worked, air condition only in main bed room and directed on the bed directly. They are far off everything else (and dont offer renting motorbike) and have only one restaurant (if you dont reserve table you get no view)

Positive: Very private, excellent soft white powdery beach, we loved the Thai food on offer. They made a cracking chicken cashew! They guys who took us out on the catamaran were excellent! All inclusive of the stay. We stayed for 4 nights and had the best time, would definitely recommend and come back. Also, a spacious bathroom and a massive granite bath tub!
