Positive: location was beautiful and the villa was a great size and layout.
Negative: some areas were not as clean as I would like (microwave, counter tops, patio table and chairs), there was not a pull out couch and would have been nice to have some tin foil or Saran wrap available.
Summary: I would definitely stay there again it is perfect for 2 couples.

Positive: Location. Size of the unit. Liked laundry facilities. Enjoyed sitting on the patio. Bed was comfortable, and shower water pressure was good.
Negative: Air conditioner was loud. TV programming was disappointing. Not very sound proofed, upstairs neighbors were loud, but fine once the kids went to bed. The place is getting dated looking,.

Negative: It could have been better if they had a good Lost and Found system. I left my MK black jacket in one of the closets in 380 Condo unit so as soon as i realized it i gave them a call and after 3 calls Mike the Manager confirmed that they found it. I asked a favor from a friend there to pick it up and sent it to me through UPS but just to find out that it's the wrong jacket(blue one with Pine something brand). I know it's my bad that i left it but at least if the housekeeping was thorough enough to check everything (we left the place all beddings stripped, towels in the tub, garbages out and ran the dishwasher )when they cleaned the unit am sure they would have found it and turned it over accordingly to the Front Desk.

Positive: Breakfast was fantastic. They were happy to accommodate our dietary restrictions.
Negative: We had expected the unit to be air conditioned. The weather was unseasonably warm so we were a bit warm despite opening the windows.
