Positive: The location is amazing. 20 metres from the water. Super polite and helpful staff. Air con and fans worked well. Hot shower had good pressure.

Negative: Beds were a bit on the harder side. Wifi very hit and miss. Bike hire not worth hire fee and no bar or facilities on site while undergoing renovations.

Summary: Fantastic location. Clean but dated accommodation. Perfectly fine for a couple of nights. Peaceful and quiet.

Positive: Great location, with lagoon views from our balcany. The beach and swimming were fantastic and the breakfast was fresh fruit, cereal, toast with jam - just the right amount for 2 people.

Negative: No complaints but hope the bar and restaurant are open next time we stay. They are are currently being renovated.

Positive: Beautiful lagoon, friendly staff! Particularly going the extra mile for our bday girl’ treats and the twin beds. Thank you Aunty Nane for the lei and transfer in arrival.

Negative: Just a reminder the departure airport transfers were a necessity due to the amount of luggage please.

Positive: The bungalows are right on the beach which was beautiful. Balcony overlooking the beach is great also - but note not very private as you are right next to other bungalows. Beds were comfortable & multiple towels were provided. We had aircon in our room in addition to a fan (although the fan settings were a bit strange). The breakfast delivered each morning was a nice touch and the little kitchenette with fridge & sink was handy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and picked us up from and dropped us off at the airport (even for a late flight several hours after our check-out time). We were also able to rent bikes for $15 a day. It was very clean :)

Negative: There was no filtered drinking water (except one bottle left for us in the fridge) - water in the rooms was undrinkable and there was one tap onsite that provided water that was drinkable once boiled. Given the location was far from other shops/drinking water stations it was inconvenient for us. Useful having the bikes but they were a bit run down. The restaurant/bar was closed for renovations.

Summary: Good value for money, beautiful location, could do with some touch-ups to improve facilities.

Positive: Loved the location, the view & the private beach 🏝️ aircon also worked really well.

Negative: I’m not usually fussy but felt that the bathrooms really needed an upgrade. The room is quite small but manageable for a few days, It would’ve been nice to know the restaurant was closed while we were visiting as it was under construction. The wifi also doesn’t work in your room which is also a bit annoying!
