Summary: This property was everything we hoped for and more. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. The home was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home—laundry pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, plenty of toiletries and towels, and a well-stocked kitchen with everything clearly labeled for convenience.The outdoor space was a highlight! The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our whole family, especially with the provided floats and pool toys. We loved hanging out together in the comfortable outdoor area—watching movies from the hot tub while the kids splashed around was such a fun and unique experience.As an added bonus, the garage game room was a total win! Foosball and ping pong kept everyone entertained for hours. This home truly had everything we needed and more. We can’t wait to come back!

Summary: This was a difficult review for me to write. I decided to go with a 4 star review. If it had been based on the house and property alone, I would have given it 5 stars. The house and yard were beautiful, very clean and well stocked. The only small complaint I have there is that it could use a few additional linens. Based on the house alone, I would choose to stay here again. The reason I chose 4 stars was the inconvenience of heating the pool and hot tub. I thought that I had communicated clearly enough that I would like the hot tub warm for us to use when we arrived the first evening. But it was cold when we got there. He had to work with a technician to get things working on the second day of our stay (he found a breaker had tripped) but he did give us a credit for the inconvenience. Since he controls everything remotely and he knew we were waiting for it to heat up, we wish he would have realized this sooner. Beecause of the system he has, we had to contact him each time we wanted to switch between the pool and hot tub. We knew this when we booked this place but thought it would be easier to switch back and forth. We also expected the pool to be at 85 when it was heated, but it was not.Finally, we left the air-conditioning in the house on and would come back in the afternoon to find the house hot and stuffy. Chad said a technician would be there within an hour to look at it. We watched for the technician, but never saw one come, but the

Summary: Wonderful home for our family that sporadically made it to Bradenton for a few days. The pool and the hot tub and outdoor living area were a hit for all and especially our granddaughter. Found it odd that I had to contact the owner every time we wanted to use the Hot Tub so they could turn it on…..that being said, extremely responsive and never a delay. Neighborhood was pleasant to take walks and the proximity to Downtown was convenient. Def stay here again! Clean, clean, clean and well appointed! The home felt brand new!

Summary: I looked so long for a Bradenton rental (I think sometimes I am too particular) Only booked a few months out and this one happened to be available. I can’t recommend this one enough! My family had a wonderful time-especially the grandkids…they loved the pool and hot tub. House was beautiful!

Summary: Host is very responsive, easy check-in. House was clean, appliances worked, beautifully decorated. More supplies (paper towels, creamers, dish and laundry soap pods, beach towels) than we typically find in a rental. If you’re looking for a quiet secluded place to hang by the pool, this is it!
