Summary: I’ve been coming to Rocky Point for decades and can say this Villa is the best place I’ve stayed at to date. Large floor plan. Every room had its own bathroom. Huge living area, and patio. Fire pits, grill, and the beach right outside the window. I could go on. The host was very responsive to the handful of questions I had. He even arranged to have a fresh propane tank delivered the day I him it was running low. Will definitely be staying here again!

Summary: My family and I had a great time. The house was beautiful, big and clean. Perfect location right infront of the beach. Boan was a great host, very attentive and always so fast at responding my questions/concerns. I would definitely recommend this house.

Summary: Prior to going to Rocky Point a few people in our party had some passport issues. Boan, was extremely helpful and offered some sound advise on how to handle it. In my mind that is well above and beyond the roll of a property manager. When we arrived at the property it was ready early, was stunningly beautiful. We enjoyed our time. Boan and his properties are now our go to place to stay in Rocky Point.
