Situated in the lush green hills of St. Maarten in the exclusive area of Oyster Pond Hillside is Villa Paradiso, a 6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath villa, truly a gem. The minute you walk through the magnificent front doors, the astounding panoramic views of Dawn Beach, Oyster Pond and the gleaming Atlantic Ocean beyond will greet you. The pristine and contemporary décor of the living/dining room areas accent this wonderful view with the bright white furnishings and glass table tops complimented by exclusive artwork and sculptures.
The state of the art kitchen is a chef's dream with high end appliances, quartz countertops and sleek modern cabinetry. There are two breathtaking master bedrooms both with ensuite baths on the main floor. Imagine after a long day at the beach, enjoying a relaxing bath in the magnificent soaking tub in either one of these suites. All of the bedrooms in the main house enjoy the wonderful view and also have their own ensuite baths. The sixth bedroom is a small apartment complete with small kitchen and private entrance. All bedrooms have television, and a Playstation.
Once you step out onto the balcony, you can enjoy the view or take a swim in the pool. Also available is a heated Jacuzzi where you can unwind from a workout in the villa's private gym while enjoying the tropical breezes. Or if you feel like grilling out there is a large built in grill available poolside.

Summary: Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the villa in November 2012, with one other couple. The house is old and in the process of being updated. We were very pleased with it however. If you can look past some cracked tiles etc, the villa is completely comfortable with lovely porch and indoor furniture. Great mattresses on the beds! Basically everything functioned but the hot tub, and when the internet went down, Martin the caretaker had it fixed right away. This house is not glamorous, but it makes up for it in charm, comfort and a view that will knock your socks off.

We spend half our time lounging by the pool and cooking our own meals and the other half exploring the island. The location was wonderful, quiet and plenty to do.
