Positive: Most of the staff were outstanding. The hotel easily deserves 5 Stars for its Reserve features. The gardens are lovely, the main restaurant offers a very high standard of buffet and additional restaurants are available. A really lovely hotel in a perfect position in San Agustin, Grand Canaria.
Negative: We had two rooms over the two weeks. The bed on the 7th floor was excellent. I would advise the hotel to change the bed we had on the 5th floor.
Summary: We will definitely consider return8ng next year and for longer.

Positive: Beautiful Hotel. Extremely friendly and professional staff. Comfortable rooms and facilities all round. Good choice of restaurants and leisure facilities.
Negative: Small minor details but when added up, just took the edge off the overall experience. 1. One biscuit per day in mini bar in room for two!!! 2. Only beers (x4) and soft drinks in mini bar. My wife doesn’t drink beer. Hotel refused to add mini bottles of wine as an alternative replacement. 3. Inconsistent room turn down. Some nights little chocolates left on bed, some nights not. One night only one was left! We had to fight over it. lol 4. Food inconsistent. Very often served cold and we had to return to kitchen. 5. Having dinner in one of the Italian restaurant, I asked for some cheese. This was not on the menu but I thought maybe ( given its “top hotel”status) that they might pop up to the buffet restaurant above and get some. Sadly no.
Summary: Really enjoyed our stay. It’s a lovely hotel. They need to listen and learn from guest feedback Fixing the minor issues

Positive: The hotel was absolutely beautiful. When we first walked in we were greeted by smiles. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There were many activities each day. We couldn’t have picked a better hotel. A special shoutout to Ava, Carla, Rita who were so kind to us during our stay.
Negative: The food could have been better. The buffet was cold and some of the food were okay. We did enjoy the Michelin restaurant Pesata - it was great.
