Summary: Reception staff very good. Bar lady lovely and very busy with other tasks. Waiting on and dining was poor. Wrong food, some not cooked (cold in the middle chicken) tasted ‘off’ 2 chaps waiting on didn’t appear to want to serve us. Nice young lady came along and agreed the chicken wasn’t cooked. We were asked about the food - I said awful Rooms very noisy and you could hear from other rooms

Summary: Great hotel in historical building and dominating location. Really nice reception staff and bar and restaurant staff were even better. As residents we were able to access some of the restricted spaces

Summary: A very friendly welcome greeted us when we arrived at this hotel. As with all paradors cleanliness, service and comfort was excellent. Great for an overnight before catching the ferry in Santander.
