Positive: We booked this property on purpose after reading very bad reviews. And we managed to debunk all the bad comments. Yes, we found maybe two tiny cockroaches on seperate occasions inside the kitchen sink but please show me the place in Cyprus that doesn't have this issue, as well as fetal cats? The apartment was so specious and well furnitured, had a beautiful interior. We had very great time.

Negative: - Due to road maintenance the entrance to the parking lot was closed and we had difficulties driving all the way around through underground parking. It was very complicated, super narrow space. - Not enough towels. Property offers washing machine but for a half of month we had huge difficulties to replace them because it did not get dry that fast. Also there were no drying tissues / cloths at the kitchen. Dish soap dispenser was broken. It felt like sofa is going to break at any time but other further was from the solid wood, luxury. - Very remote area. Impossible to visit this place without a car. The nearest shipping mall is 10-15km away, also all the restaurants and tavernas are far away and beach. There is nothing to do in the area. -Swimming pool was closed. -No hot water in the mornings and evenings. Boiler is on top of the roof and it is powered by solar collectors.

One of the standout features was the detailed description provided beforehand, accompanied by photos, which ensured we weren't wandering around in the dark. The modern amenities combined with the tasteful furnishings contribute to a pleasant stay. The spacious living room is especially welcoming, offering ample space to relax and unwind. Moreover, while the location is a bit remote, it's clearly indicated, and with a car, it poses no issue at all.

Negative: The peeling plaster could be addressed, and it was a slight oversight to forget providing a duvet and cover for the bedding.

Positive: Very well styled apartment. You definitely need a car to get about as there are no bars or restaurants locally. The nearest bars and restaurants are approximately 6- 7 minutes drive. There are no local taxi companies so if you would like an alcoholic drink, you are best ordering a taxi which comes from Larnaca. They will charge €20 or above. The apartment has had a full renovation and is very stylish. The beds are very comfy. The apartment itself was lovely, although the owner took several days to come back to us when having a query. But was very friendly in person . Most things that you needed were there. But for additional things like toilet rolls et cetera will need to purchased as you get one roll per bathroom. The sofa beds need some attention but it would be suitable for children et cetera. The apartment has had a full renovation and is very stylish. The beds are very comfy. The pool is cleaned on a weekly basis. and due to the fact, this is of a residential area not for holidaymakers, we had the pool to ourselves.

Summary: Stylish apartment, but location, not great for restaurants or bars. One shop locally
