Summary: The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. Stefania, the manager of the hotel, deserves special praise, she is a fantastic host and incredibly professional.

Summary: A very nice hotel. Restaurant servers are excellent. Nice to have a bus pass from the hotel. Only complaint is wifi in room was very poor.

Summary: Nice hotel. Staff super nice. Great food. They also have a nice spa, the only cons is there is only one person for treatments and it was impossible to book what we wished. Suggestion: spa is understaffed, I’m sure you can do better and make more money;)

Summary: The bartenders and servers are the most amazing pleasant people at hotel. I can’t say the same to the check in front desk . I payed one night before check Out, but when I dropped the key next morning she keep saying was not pay yet, very embarrassed for us until she check to another computer and say: oh ok . I can see now . Very embarrassed for us in front to another guest . The dinner first 2 nights was great . Last 2 nights, Thursday and Friday was very disappointed for us and next tables .
