Positive: OMG, this property was exceptional! It was beautiful, spotless, and located right in the heart of the forest. Deer come and go freely, making the experience even more magical. The cabin was super comfortable, private, and peaceful. I will definitely be coming back! A little tip for deer lovers: bring some extra carrots and leave them outside your cabin. You might get to see the deer up close and hear them nearby. 🦌❤️
Negative: The only confusing part of our stay was the continental breakfast. We received an email saying breakfast would be delivered to our room, but it never arrived. Instead, we were given coupons for OmegaBon, which ended up having an amazing breakfast. However, none of the staff seemed to know about the arrangement, so it was a bit confusing.

Positive: We greatly enjoyed the car trail and the Parc in general. It is an immersive experience where are you can really get up close with the animals. Full kitchen made it easy to cook meals in the chalet. We enjoyed the hot tub at the Chalet. Our panoramic chalet was in the deer enclosure and deer came close to the chalet, so that we could get a good look at them. We attended the wolf feeding; that was very informative.
Negative: Mattresses were very soft. Booked Panoramic Chalet only to find out the day before travel that it was in the deer park and NOT in the wolf enclosure. Lunch for 3 people which included chicken casesar salad, chicken sandwich and poutine with drinks came to $83. Park map was not available on paper - you could buy it for $2 - seemed like a weird place to go cheap. We were disappointed to find out just before leaving for our 6 hour drive that the panoramic chalet we had booked was in the deer area, and not the wolf area, as we intended when we booked. Unfortunately, although the wolf chalet was available, we were unable to make contact with Booking.com customer service in order to change our reservation (emailed them twice with no response). When you look at the panoramic chalet, one of the pictures shows a small boy looking out a window at a wolf. This picture is mis-leading and should not be in the panoramic chalet description on the Parc Omega website.
Summary: Amazing experience, but Panoramic Chalet is NOT in the wolf enclosure

Positive: The location was really beautiful.
Negative: The room was not lit with fires. 5 bags of wood was not sufficient to keep the room hot( Min: 15 degrees or plus). With -29 degrees, the toilet eas freezing with ice
