Positive: It is located near the beach. The room was very nice and clean. The swimming pools were nice. They also have activities in the complex. The breakfast was very good.

Negative: It is too expensive. The food options are expensive too. Some of the staff in the restaurants are not very polite.

Positive: We loved the private beach and the room. Great location close to the city and with views of the castle. Nice breakfast.

Negative: While at reception the staff is giving the proper welcome and treatment to all guests, as expected in a resort of this category, the restaurant staff, especially at the beach, gives you rather the feeling to be under police control (e.g. ready to report you for an outside food item, even after making several orders of drinks from them; a lady next to us with two little kids was told they could not drink from their water bottles). This behavior doesn’t encourage guests to spend more. It only ruins the holiday feeling and it’s a pity!

Positive: Fantastic location. Like being in a dream. All is clean, full of plants and flowers, well maintained and build in a way it look like a small place. Service was superb

Negative: One night we had the dinner buffet. Not got value for what we paid. A lot of good but not tasty…
