Positive: This is a very nice and cozy place! The owner Antoine is super friendly and caring! He met us, showed us everything, explained, told us about the nearest shops, about good restaurants. We gladly took advantage of his recommendations. The apartment has many different little things for a comfortable stay. You can feel the care in everything - there is tea, coffee, spices, different little things for hygiene. The design is very interesting and unusual! The bed is super comfortable! It just hugged us, and we slept very well! The incredible terrace deserves the hotel's praise! It was very nice to sit there in the evening! Also a very convenient location, 8-10 minutes walk from the metro station. And you can even see a piece of the tower! )) There is a good store nearby, 5 minutes walk. We were very pleased and comfortable living here! When we go to Paris again, we will definitely stay here!

Positive: Close to the stade where we were attending an event. Owner was very helpful with suggestions for eating and the local area.
Negative: No towels, but offered to rent the day before we arrived at €8 each. There was not even a hand towel to dry hands in the bathroom. This was VERY inconvenient as it was terribly hot and we needed a shower at the end of the day and the morning. We have not come across this situation at any other French accommodation on our holiday.

Positive: The host Antoine was so helpful sending us messages before we arrived and then being there to greet us and give us his recommendations for eating out ( they were great recommendations 😍) we had the front ground floor of the house and it was perfect for our needs with a kitchen with all utensils, shower and 2 bedrooms and a sitting room area with an extra bed made up- Antoine explained the metro to us and we used line 14 * turn right outside the house* and it worked out perfect for us - Paris was lovely and we were delighted we stayed here - it is slightly outside the city but with the metro that didn't matter.
Negative: Nothing comes to mind that we didn't like
