Summary: Bed was terrible. Room temp was cold despite A/C adjustment for the first night. Somehow second night was ok.

Summary: Even though we got the suite, which was a very nice size with fireplace Jacuzzi tub and king size bed, the air conditioning was malfunctioning and the refrigerator did not work at all. The gym was well equipped. Also, the restaurant staff were were very lackadaisical. We ended up eating at a donor kabob within walking distance and had a lovely meal.

Summary: Checked in at 14:00 but towels arrived at 17:00. Spa staff refused the spa discount given by Hotels.com. I had to spent a lot of effort to convince them about given discount.
