Positive: Lovely hotel with quirky and clever interior decor, maps and mirrors made it feel quite grand. Kind staff, particularly at check in. Great breakfast - with ratatouille Has it's own parking outside the hotel. Room was incredibly well sound proofed from the outside. A really good location. Very comfy bed and good shower.

Negative: A Spanish speaking member of housekeeping staff was extremely loud in the corridor outside my room in the mornings, this was a problem as I was trying to sleep.

Summary: Chic but traditional city hotel in a great location.

Positive: Very nice, comfortable and well located hotel. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Spacious and very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Pet friendly!

Negative: Just a couple of details, but they don't lower the rating: the bed pillows are too bulky for my taste (but maybe there are people who think otherwise). Comment only applicable to electric vehicles: the application to charge my car in the parking lot that is nearby and with which the hotel has an agreement, did not work for me, in fact I think it is only applicable for local users, since you need a physical card that is sent to your home. There should be a universal charging seasonality, that simply works with a credit card. But these are comments in a positive key, not a complaint.

Positive: Great hotel close to the center. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, elegant. The room is the same, good size, the bed is super comfortable, bathroom also fine. The breakfast is rich and delishes. The staff is very polite, helpfull and smart. I only can suggest this hotel.
