Positive: The hotel itself is beautiful and atmospheric — the location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and perfect cleanliness everywhere. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and very well designed. I especially liked the adjustable bed — such an interesting and comfortable detail. The spa area is truly wonderful: different types of saunas, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful design, and even a lovely aquarium — everything looks amazing. I really enjoyed the spa overall, no complaints there.

Negative: However, there are a few things that could be improved. The outdoor pool water is rather cool, it would be much better if it was warmer. Also, it’s not very convenient that you have to go outside to reach the pool — especially when it’s chilly. At Villa Honegg, for example, you can enter the pool directly from indoors, which is much more comfortable. Service could also be better — I felt a lack of friendliness and professionalism for a hotel of this level. The food in the main restaurant was quite limited, and the breakfast was honestly average — sometimes even the bread wasn’t fresh, as if from the previous day.
