Summary: The rooms are very very very dated and the photos on website does not reflect the actual state due to clever photography. I booked 3 rooms for buinsness and one of the rooms was not cleaned. It was changed for another room but that room did not have hot water. Reception was locked when we got back and you only could get the tea and coffee for the room from reception. The kettle in one of the rooms did not work very well and I had to fiddle with it to make it work. After a long day of travelling this was not what me and my colleagues expected. I hope this feedback helps the property improve its quality.

Summary: Personnel very friendly. Nice outside seating area in the green. Safe separate area for bike parking. Some more choice of fruits for breakfast would be appreciated

Summary: Very good place to stay. Large room, clean, and with some nice thoughtful details (pillows of various thickness available if you don't like the standard ones, etc.). Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

Summary: This hotel is a jewel of a find! They do some extra touches that are above the norm! Then the Breakfast best all, I think they had everything you could think of and then more! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Trier

Summary: Cheapest hotel in that area, very nice too. Lovely garden and fountain. Few good restaurants nearby. Next to Luxembourg for a nice day out.

Summary: Good to stay if you have to stay in Konz, but if you can stay in Trier, I would like to fine other hotel. Mostly clean, excep the fan in the restroom was covered with dust. Difficult to meet kind staff if you have to get to there after 10pm.
