Summary: Good, friendly, helpful staff. Very warm welcome on arrival. Had a meal in the restaurant on the first night, ate some of it, the rest of the week ate out. Very disappointed with the food, the only downside to our stay.

Summary: Nice, comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. The room was very clean and had a nice view of the garden area and the mountains. It's on the highway just before entering Puigcerda but it's a short drive into the city center.

Summary: Very restful stay. Puigcerda is a lovely town - very beautiful to visit in summer.the hotel was not busy and the staff very helpful - although limited English amongst some. The room was reasonably large as was the bathroom. Best of all, a balcony to the hills and paddocks of horses. Terrific to sit outside and admire the view. We didn't eat but did visit the bar and enjoyed a beer in very comfortable chairs!
