Negative: We learnt 2 days after our check-in that there was the kitchen... probably our fault. Yet, not well sponsored.

Positive: Loved the location of the hotel and the large hotel room. It's one of best rooms we've stayed in as a family. The layout of the room is a little odd. I'm assuming it used to be a communal relax area. The sauna was great but the bathroom is dated but functional. Our room was right outside the communal kitchen, which was no issue and we even made a hot sandwich from the breakfast buffet. Beds are very comfortable

Negative: The lack of staff is a drawback as we had no tv remote and messaged and got no reply. Not a huge issue, but with 2 small children it would be nice to have a tv to watch after they've gone to sleep. There is also someones used toothbrush in the bedside table. All functionally clean but there is still hair on the bathroom floor etc. This hotel definitely doesn't deserve some of the reviews it has
