Positive: The breakfast was very good and well presented. (I think I over-ordered) Having the car undercover is always a must for me. The staff were friendly, helpful and we were treated like paying guests

Negative: The walls between the units are not soundproofed and can hear occupants in the adjoining room. The bed was a little hard, but I've found this to be the case in 99% of all motels we stay in.

Summary: Comfortable and enjoyable stay. A place we will return to.

Positive: Location was an easy walk to town and the back garden has an excellent outlook over a park and creek.

Negative: 1. Bed/pillows average. 2. Shower doors don’t fully close and water escapes onto the floor during use. 3. Bathroom fogs up and is cold, would benefit with exhaust fan/heat lamps. 4. Kitchenette bench space very confined.

Positive: Fantastic staff, food was good, only motel in that price range with decent coffee, very comfortable room, quiet.

Negative: Reduced water use cistern (government regulations) means may have to flush toilet twice. Minor nuisance.
