Summary: We reserved two rooms for four adults and two children. At check-in, we were initially asked to pay city taxes for the children as well. When I pointed out that, according to local regulations, children below a certain age are exempt, the representative acknowledged the mistake and corrected it. While I appreciate the correction, I would expect staff at a well-established hotel chain to be fully aware of such rules—especially when dealing with international guests. Additionally, I requested slippers upon noticing they were missing from our room. I was told by the front desk that slippers were not available, only to find out the next morning that my sisters had them in their room. This inconsistency was disappointing. Lastly, I found the parking fee to be quite high compared to similar properties. Overall, our stay was okay, but given the reputation of the brand, I expected a higher level of service and consistency.

Summary: Comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean, great location just behind the main shopping street (but very quiet), close to restaurants and bars, easy access to all the main attractions. Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent value, and highly recommended.

Summary: good: got a nice upgrade, good breakfast, good area, close to city center. inconvinient: we were there with an electric car, there are 4 chargers in the parking, but the parking is public so you only get 4h to charge then you either start again or move the car, i undersant that is good so everybody gets a spot to charge but when you arrive in the evening and want to sleep to go after 4h to restart charching and then again after 3h to move the car you don't get much sleep. or you do as i did pay extra for not moving the car, all night there was only my car so it was a little bit dumb to be charged for not moving.

Summary: Nice location, you can walk, take a tram or bus, all are close. Decent breakfast, not the biggest but quite enough.

Summary: It was a nice stay.the properly is adjacent to the main center where shopping is available and is in front of a small park. The staff was cooperative especially mr.Sarry who was very helpfull in many ways and very descent respectful guy and i would like to thank him indeed.
