Positive: Everything!! Love it! The staff, the breakfast, the location, the facilities! My kids love the kids club! Bianca and Victoria ( front desk) help us to arrange all our activities in Granvalira. It was amazing holidays. We want to come back! Highly recommend it!

Positive: Magical place. The mountain views, the service was good, og food was perfect. beautiful hotel.
Negative: Me and the family called the reception before we wanted to go to sleep, because the room was very hot. We asked about aircondition , But the receptionist Said that they didnt have aircondition , But we could open the balcony door to cool the room. It was open the whole night, and we still couldnt sleep Well all night because of the heat. The next day when we wanted to check out, there was another Nice lady in the front desk, and she told us that they had blazers/fans to cool the rooms…. They/the lady From the night before, should have offered that to us, instead of telling us to open the balcony door. We didnt know that they had it. So thats why it gets a 8/10. I know that its a skiresort, But a 5 star hotel should maybe have aircondition or fans in each room in the closet, cause in the summer its to hot.

Positive: Staff were very attentive, very clean and nice facilities and rooms.
Negative: It would be nice if pool access was included and then spa treatments were the additional access. The children’s room was a bit basic and we wish we had more options to entertain a 2 year old

Positive: Exceptional quality residence, with a great spa and gym. The shuttle to the ski lifts was very convenient, running every 5 minutes. Ski rentals are available at the shop in the hotel; convenient locker rooms. Breakfast was also great!
