Summary: From the arrange pick up at the airport to our departure this was a fantastic stay. The staff is genuinely welcoming and makes you fell special from the moment you walk through the door. They've understood the difference between service only and service with hospitality. From the receptionist to the sommelier via the bell boy to the restaurant and bar staff - we can highly recommend this hotel and we thank you all for a great stay!

Summary: I reserved a triple room through Expedia. UPon arrival, property did not honor triple room occupancy and demanded a surcharge for 3rd guest. They also offered complementary access to SPA which they did not honor.

Summary: Lovely genuinely attentive staff. Bathroom a bit basic. amazing views, great restaurants. Big Spa but no staff checking for used towels, (lack of) cups for water.

Summary: amazing looking hotel, but unfortunatly we had some issues: there is no AC in the rooms so in the summer times it's difficult to sleep (they gave us a fan but when it's more than 37 outside it doesnt help much) pay attnetion that you have to pay for parking and to go to the pool at the hotel (they call it a spa..)
