Positive: Right on Forsyth Park, beautiful area. Home was well appointed with ample space for our family.
Negative: Didn't realize how noisy the area is, but that was out of the owner's control. Parking is easy, but you have to be sure you monitor street sweeping nights signage so you don't get towed.
