Positive: Caravan itself was lovely and comfortable beds, in a good quiet location :)

Negative: In the caravan description it says smoke free but the one thing that has put me off with this caravan is that as soon as you walk in there is a really strong smell of cigarette smoke especially in the main bedroom it was actually hard to sleep we had to air it out but even then you could still smell it, if it wasn’t for the smell it would have been perfect I would suggest some strong cleaner for the walls and carpets to get rid of this smell if you are renting it out to others as it is really off putting especially when I have kids sleeping here. There was confusion with the caravan so we were stuck outside until we went to reception to get help host should be available around check in times in case of issues as we called and messaged multiple times and didn’t get a response for over an hour. You need to change directions on description as it says A17 Sea View which is not the correct caravan.
