Positive: Everything what we needed for our stay in Valencia with kids. The flat was cosy and comfortable. Also the stuff was really great, they were always ready to help us with anything we needed.

Negative: The only down side is that you can hear the noise from other flats in the evening mostly because people don’t respect house rules.

Positive: We booked this accommodation last minute, as the place we had booked previously cancelled a day before we travelled. We weren't disappointed with the new booking. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. Cooking facilities were fairly basic but enough to make a simple meal. It was walkable to the old town and we also appreciated being near a metro station and having access to several bus routes.

Negative: We were kept waiting a short time at reception as the room wasn't quite ready, but otherwise no problems.

Positive: Fantastic, spacious with a big balcony. We had a slight issue with the toaster but the fantastic staff fixed it really quickly.
