Positive: We had a delightful spacious double aspect room with everything you might require for your stay. Excellent breakfast. Warm and accommodating staff.
Negative: Although a good location for mid wales the town is sadly tired and without character

Positive: Location in Newtown town centre, close to shops and restaurants - excellent Thai restaurant nearby. Room and facilities all excellent. Staff friendly and excellent breakfast.
Negative: Not easy to know where to park, despite instructions. We were in room 8 at the top of 2 flights of twisty stairs - not easy with a big case or if you're elderly. Ask for a ground floor room.
