Summary: We stayed over the NYE holiday and didn’t expect to find something so affordable. The location was alright in terms of convenience but the area is a bit questionable. Either way, the reception desk staff were very kind and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. Not bad!

Summary: This is a nice, very clean hotel at a somewhat noisy Blumberger Damm. It is in the direct vicinity of a Hospital, so you hear the ambulances driving to and fro. Staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean, but the breakfast (which is offered from a Retirement Home) is not to be advised. You can have that more comfortably and nicely in Berlin itself.

Summary: I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The hotel is located near from a tram stop. It is a bit away from the busy city centre. It is in a quiet location. The receptionist was friendly. The breakfast is modest and acceptable. There is one good restaurant (bar) near from the hotel and it serves good food at reasonable price. The public transportation is good and you can easily access Berlin city centre by chaning from the tram to the S-line. It was o.k. for one night stay.
