Positive: The pool, the courtyard bar, the comfy bed and spacious room.
Negative: The shower was leaking water everywhere, there is a kettle but no coffee machine (nor spoons) which I think it’s missing in a hotel of this category. Been multiple times and the staff at reception could do with more training - they never seem to be able to find rooms that have been reserved until multiple attempts
Summary: Great location and cool vibes but staff could be friendlier and more knowledgable

Positive: Absolutely loved our time at Parkhotel Mondschein - everything was perfect - loved the elegant 20’s decor - the rooms were simple yet comfortable and elegant - we had a balcony that was fabulous to sit on . Pool and outside area was just so serene and we ate at both the restaurant and the pizzeria and both were excellent ! Staff were just lovely ! A very special sanctuary in Bolzano

Positive: The room was lovely, and the pool was perfect for when I wanted to relax. The front desk staff was very helpful and made me feel welcome.
Negative: I found the restaurant staff quite rude, they didn’t like I was dining alone and it showed. Some of the things that happened during my dinner: was served wine in a dirty cup, no water (every other table had some), was never asked if I wanted more wine or dessert. The food was also very expensive for the quality. The parking is owned by a different company so it’s not free. They give you a QR code for 50% that you can use every time you leave.

Positive: The hotel is in a very central location with a very nice pool and sauna. The room had beautiful views. The hotel was aesthetically very pleasing and the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Refrigerator and safe in the room a plus. Sauna and Pool were definitely highlights of the stay along with the beautiful views, nice bed, and extremely convenient location (only a 7 min walk to the train station).
Negative: Facilities were a bit rickety. Sauna area had broken door handles and towels were piled up extremely high. Rooms are not totally sound proof- could hear a lot of hall traffic through the door. Our bathroom faucet jiggled quite a bit. Warning about yoga classes! They are NOT free and some of them are not actually yoga. I was highly disappointed when I went to a class that had 0 movement and I was left lying on the floor for 45 minutes.
Summary: Beautiful grounds, nice amenities, great location, facilities could be improved.

Positive: Hotel was a design hotel, with pool and sauna. Good location and feeling.
Negative: Room was very small for that price (2 nights/415 e incl. Booking.com discount). Unfortunatelly expected a bit more. Ps. We have spent two to three nights in Munich, Innsbruk, Bolzano and Verona (July/august). Also in July Luxemburg. I have noticed that we have got very small rooms And bad scenary even rooms have been not cheapest And some even very expencive. I wonder why? Do hotels give bad rooms to Booking.com customers or why??
