Negative: There is no AC and it was a heat wave so it was very hot. Also the bed not comfortable

Positive: Great location, beautiful ambience, peaceful and clean rooms, great room service. The staff was overall very supportive and nice.
Negative: I noticed that staff servicing the breakfast were very stressed and tired, it also was visible in their service quality and communication. The room 208 was very nice but the kitchen smells could be felt quite intensely coming from outside. There was unfortunately no AC during the heat days in the room.
Summary: Beautiful and peaceful place, cozy and clean rooms, great service.

Positive: Location was great, the area was quiet, and the breakfast and cleanliness were very good.
Negative: The majority of the staff were borderline rude, which is disappointing and suggests a lack of proper training. They also made repeated, unacceptable mistakes throughout our stay. The kitchen in the apartment we paid for was poorly equipped, and the fridge didn’t even have a freezer,.. Since the accommodation includes a kitchen, it should be fully equipped to meet guests’ needs. Additionally, the sofa bed provided for the extra two family members was extremely uncomfortable, honestly worse than sleeping on stones.

Positive: We had a great room with a panoramic window onto the park which was lovely when the snow fell. The breakfasts were always great.extensive buffet.
Negative: I think they prefer you not to have food in the room.

Positive: The hotel exceeded every expectation. From exceptionally nice welcome in the reception to a nice room with a comfortable bed and magnificent view on the park (which is impossible to find in a big city). Plus an extra tasty breakfast, again with the view on the trees.
