Each visit reminds us why we keep coming back—the consistent quality, the attention to detail, and above all, the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed like old friends. The front desk team made check-in smooth and personal, greeting us by name and remembering small preferences from past visits. It's those little details that truly set this place apart. Our room was, as always, immaculate—tastefully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Housekeeping continues to be flawless, leaving thoughtful touches and ensuring our space feels like a sanctuary. What truly keeps us returning, though, is the staff. Every person we’ve encountered—from the concierge and restaurant staff to housekeeping and management—has been friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay exceptional. Positive: We stayed at this hotel for the second time. While Gumbet as an area is not really for us, the hotel is the best option in the area in terms of value, staff, and food. The location is also great, you don't need to go anywhere in Gumbet, but it's very close to Bodrum. We went to live music events in Bodrum on three nights.
Negative: The sea is not clear like other costs of Bodrum, however no wave so it is really good for kids.

Positive: The staff were extremely helpful and kind—absolutely faultless and very polite. We were pleasantly surprised with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates to congratulate us on our wedding, which was a thoughtful touch. Free sun loungers on the beach were a bonus. We also loved seeing the turtles, cats, and dogs around the area—it really added to the charm! We had a lovely time but it could improve some bits and bobs.
Negative: Our room was located directly opposite the bin area, which was quite disruptive. Bottles were thrown out late at night, and the bin collection started very early in the morning. We had an excursion planned for Saturday and most days, so we went to bed early on Friday, but were woken after midnight by the sound of rattling bottles, and again around 7am by the bin lorry. We could also hear our neighbours clearly through the walls in the early hours—either they were very loud or the walls were quite thin. The shower pressure was poor and the temperature kept fluctuating every 10 seconds from too hot to too cold. The bed was very hard, which made for a few restless nights, unfortunately. The cocktails were okay, and the food overall wasn’t too bad, but the puddings were a disappointment. They all looked absolutely fantastic, but sadly lacked flavour—we were really gutted.

Positive: We liked everything about the hotel, great location, good food, the place was very clean and the pool was great. Also the guys from the pool bar they were incredible friendly what made our staying so .much enjoyable. Aswell the entrainment time such a lovely people always making sure that we were having loads of fun. The restaurant was huge loads of food choices also lovely staff always so welcome. The reception staff too was really friendly. So yep we had a great time at the hotel and one plus was the hotel offers free water anytime u ask.
