Positive: We booked a comfort room with smoking for a day. The bed was clean, nice hot water and close to mysore palace. Staff was very nice.

Negative: We had to ask for a different room as 1st one was very dirty and toilet had human hair in it. Even after getting a different room the furniture like lights, Tv, side tables, ceiling, mirror were dirty and not maintained well. It was very expensive compared to the quality we got. The shower was broken, sink tap was outdated and the toilet was not as clean. The flush was leaking. The bathroom had mold issues. This seems like an old hotel with a lot of potential that needs a major makeover. Everything was outdated for the price we paid. They should really reduce their prices for the quality they provide or have a major makeover.

Positive: The location is perfect and the staff are some of the friendliest I’ve encountered. I absolutely loved the rooftop garden restaurant—it’s a must-visit! Unfortunately, the rooms let the experience down a bit. They are very dated and the amenities need an upgrade. Great for a short stay if you spend most of your time on the roof!

Positive: I like the atmosphere of the Hotel, very good staff. Nice behaviour.

Negative: The only negative I feel is that pool is not a temperature control. But remaining all other services are excellent, is only concern.
