Positive: Location. I was supposed to be here to attend a concert at Auckland Show grounds which was cancelled - not the motels fault. This was a non refundable rate and whilst there was one free date change the promoter has still not yet given a date change ( nor a refund) Again not the motels fault. If the concert had gone ahead this would have been a great location. I decided to attend anyway as I was not going to get a refund. Staff: The staff were friendly and very helpful. Pool: There is a pool but I did not use it as it was not that warm outside. Noise: My room was relatively quiet. I could not hear the main road or neighbours but had to have the fan going.
Negative: The room is a bit tired and in need of some maintenance. My main issues were a) No air con - There was a fan and you could open a window but in a humid Auckland Summer this room was a little too hot for me. May be okay for people if not in the middle of summer. b) The shower pressure was poor.

Positive: Loved how the rooms over looked the pool, and the location was great..
Negative: The beds weren't very comfortable, the pillows smelt, the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't really extract any of the steam and you could hear word for word conversations in the next rooms. The kitchen facilities could do with some tongs.
