Welcome to Union Pines - This home is perfect for any group accommodations such as family reunions, convention groups, travel groups, ski groups, large families, Young Living and doTERRA groups, corporate housing, temporary relocation housing, traveling executives, displaced families, and people in-between homes. You'll love this private park-side location within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a city park with ball fields and pavilion. Enjoy world famous skiing at nearby Cottonwood Resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude). Convenient access to freeway to downtown Salt Lake.
Amenities include city park next door with picnic tables and pavilion, great room with 30 foot ceiling, additional living with gas fireplace and second TV, beautiful full kitchen with bar and large dining table (place setting for 11), and a private deck with private hot tub and mature pine and aspen trees.
In addition to this home, there is an adjoining 3 bedroom home next door (no interior connecting door) that can also be rented together or separate. When renting both homes together, you can accommodate 22 people. If you need space for even more people, you have the option of renting 9 total homes in this private community. Contact us for availability and to make arrangements. Renting all the homes together makes for a perfect home base for a family reunion or family gathering for any special occasion, family vacation, 50th wedding anniversary celebration, or a group ski vacation.
This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

Summary: The house was nice and comfortable. The hot tub was the perfect thing after a long day on the cold slopes. The location couldnt be better. A quiet neighborhood mere minutes from great restaurants and shopping. A straight shot up the road to big canyon with solitude and brighton resorts.

Reviewer Comments: We have book house's a couple of times through Utah's best Vacation rental. The houses are always clean and comfortable. I save hundreds of dollars when we do. Because instead of 3 hotel rooms, we get the house with 3 bedrooms. We can have lots of room to play family games and enjoy each other's company. They are always helpful when I call to book.

Summary: A few things: There were a number of issues but property manager did take care of these quickly. The loft is really not a separate bed space but two beds in hallway outside bedrooms (no privacy). We increased our stay from 4 days to 14 days but they refused to bring more dish and laundry soap - or toilet paper. A bit cheap for how much we spent. Overall. It was a decent rental.
