Parkview 5 is a modern luxury 4 bedroom home that is located at 5 Gawler Terrace Gawler South. The home was built in 2008 and has ducted heating and cooling to all rooms and high ceilings. There is a single carport with electric roller door plus there is parking for 2 vehicles on site and additional parks over the road.

Parkview 5 overlooks a nature reserve and the South Para River and yet is still within easy walking distance to Gawler’s southern end of the main street. In close proximity are the Southern Hotel, Café Nova, restaurants, cinemas and the Target Shopping complex.

The home has a queen bed in the main bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a queen bed in the third bedroom and two king single beds in the fourth bedroom. The main bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in robe.

The kitchen has a cook top, wall oven, microwave oven, large fridge, pantry and dishwasher. There is a twin bowl sink and mixer tap.

Summary: We really enjoyed our weeks stay here. We found correspondence with our host Gary very easy with prompt reply’s. The house was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Gary had stocked the house with a delicious variety of breakfast supplies. We really enjoyed where the house was situated in a quiet area of Gawler, walking distance to town centre. The park directly across the road was a fabulous place to walk our dog, offering open spaces where she could run. Definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: We stayed for the weekend to attend my sisters baby shower and it was fantastic! I couldn’t recommend highly enough! The house is super spacious and we loved the high ceilings, we were also extremely happy with how well the house was stocked. It’s really nice to stay somewhere and be made to feel so at home. Will definitely be booking again in future!

Summary: We stayed at this property for work. Rooms were spacious, the place was comfortable, and had excellent facilities. Gary was an amazing host who’s communication was on point. We worked night shift so even at odd hours Gary was quick to respond to extend our stay at short notice. Thank you Gary!
