Summary: This cottage is clean, cozy, and perfectly located in Ludington. It is a short walk to the beach, there are many restaurants in town to choose from, or you can grill or cook in the cottage. Jeff is a fantastic host, and we look forward to staying here again.

Summary: This cottage is exactly as pictured. We love the location near town and the beach. Cooking was difficult in the tiny kitchen. If you stay here, plan to eat out or grill on their outdoor grills.

Summary: Easy access, close to city beach and short distance to town. It was very clean. Only negative would be lack of storage for my things. The 4 drawer chest only had 1empty drawer as the others had extra supplies so I ended up just leaving my clothing in my suitcase. Quiet neighborhood.

Summary: It was clean and close to the beach. Everything was comfortable and as advertised. We appreciated having the futon for our 4-year-old to sleep in! Only thing I would add is some bakeware.

Summary: We loved our stay here. It was my husband and I and our two young kids. Perfect amount of space for us and the proximity to the beach was amazing. The cottage itself was very clean and had everything we needed. We are already looking to hopefully stay here again next summer!

Summary: This is our second time staying at Parkview Cottages, but our first time staying in Cottage #12, and we loved it! Plenty of space, open concept, and had everything we needed. We come to Ludington every Fourth of July and love how close to the beach we are in these units! Check in and out was seamless, ac worked great, clean, and convenient. Highly recommend. Summary: The one bedroom was very cute but misleading in title. It shows / one bedroom. I thought there would be a separate bedroom. It is a studio. Four out of five days it rained so we were more in than out of cabin. Bathroom is too small for a walker and shower very small for a large person to turn around or bend over. Smaller than older cruise ship showers. It was a nice getaway for two people Ludington is our favorite go to for sisters week Kitchen provided just about all you will need. Jeff was very accommodating in refurbishing bags or ether necessities.
