Charming knotty pine interior with a fieldstone fireplace and a queen bed in the main room and an alcove with a trundle bed (2 singles) with curtains for privacy for a comfortable 4 person occupancy.

Summary: Our family spent several days in Ludington over the Fourth of July weekend, including our young grandson. This cottage was cozy a had a great lakehouse vibe to it. The owner was very responsive to our questions before the trip, and kept in touch with us throughout. We made regular use of the propane grills they have for guests. It was quiet (except for the evening of the Fourth naturally) enough that we all - including our grandson - slept like logs. And the best part? Location, location, location. Half a block from the park and the lake. If you are someone that values square footage in your accommodations above and beyond coziness and convenience, and you're willing to pay that premium to get it, so be it. This was perfect for us however and I would highly recommend it.

Summary: We loved the close proximity to the beach. Food establishments were walking distance (if you don't mind getting exercise). The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast in the chairs out front daily! Thanks for a great stay!
