Summary: When I checked in I was given a handicapped accessible room which I did not need. I was traveling with young children and felt a bath tub was more appropriate. I inquired at the front desk and was told because I booked this room through a third party (Expedia) I was locked into having that room. The clerk went to the back office several times to check with someone else as to whether there was anything that could be done. Eventually, they agreed to upgrade me ( I wouldn’t consider giving me the size room I asked and paid for as an upgrade) but regardless. I have stayed at this hotel for at least the past 6 years sometimes 2x’s in a year. In the past it was Comfort Inn and Suites. I may take my business elsewhere the next time I decide to visit the area.

Summary: This hotel was the best hotel i stayed in all summer. It was clean, near everything you need, comfortable, and the staff was super! The morning breakfast had everything you would need to start your day. I would stay here any time!

Summary: Great hotel. Comfortable, clean, and helpful staff. Also very convenient as it is right across the street from Dutch Wonderland.

Summary: The place was Great!!! Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean, every day even with an extended stay. The staff came around about 10 or so. The whole experience was great, and the pricing on the room was spectacular compared to the other rooms in the area. If I ever go back to Lancaster I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We have stay in many hotels in the Lancaster area and this is one of the best. Beds are very comfortable. We had a king suite which gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay. Breakfast had a good variety to pick from. Coffee all day was a bonus. Pool and hot tub were nice. However, the pool area can be loud when the kids begin to yell.

Summary: Room size and layout was great. Free cookies at check in was nice. Breakfast was standard for free breakfast. 2 Belgian waffle stations, breakfast sandwiches you could heat up in the microwave, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and some pastries. Biggest issue was noise in the bedroom. Walls are pretty thin, but we had a 4th floor room in the front and the trucks breaking on the highway was incredibly load all night long. The air conditioner was very noisy as well and would come on and off all night. Staff was super friendly, it was clean, location was good if you want to walk to Dutch Wonderland or the outlets.

Summary: Great hotel, right off the highway. Very clean and the staff was great!! Breakfast was just ok. Very basic. No hot food (eggs, sausage, bacon, etc...) Nothing special at all. Other than that, i would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We stayed here for a nearby basketball tournament with several families from the team. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time.
