Summary: First impressions, terrible as the reception was very messy and dirty. In desperate need of a repaint. Stained carpet, torn blinds and dirty dishes in the drawers. The towels and bedding were clean but the overall look of the room and hotel made us feel uncomfortable. It was cheap accommodation but I have stayed at cheaper hotels that were far cleaner and superior to this hotel.

Summary: Hard and uncomfortable mattress with deep ruts made sleeping difficult. Also very old air conditioner in the room did not cool but blew air from outside, which was quite uncomfortable during hot weather.

Summary: The apartments are old, shabby, dirty and smelt stale and mouldy. All the carpets need to be replaced and burnt. Strongly recommend that if you are using any of the kitchen utensils or equipment, wash thoroughly first.

Summary: Not really sure why people are rating this with 8's and 9's as it's simply not the case. It is however a very cheap "serviced" apartment in Brunswick so you have to remember you get what you pay for. Staff were nice but the building and room was dated, tired and smelly. Air Con looked like it survived ww2, very noisy and not particularly effective. There is a door around the side of the building which is chocked open day and night allowing absolutely all of Brunswicks riff raff to come and go as they please. This leads to security concerns, noisy and messy hallways, randos knocking on your door, drug problems etc. If you want cheap look no further but if you've got options I think you can do better. Rated 3 overall because of the price but it's probably more of a 2. Wouldn't stay again.

Summary: It was ok but the property overall needs a refurbishment. Quite cheap so we don’t expect 5 star but 3 star is a push. Our hotel was cancelled so needed something last minute and we found this. Cooking facilities aren’t great and an old air con unit. It was ok and as expected for the price
