Positive: Location is on an adorable street with local art, restaurants, cafes, etc from 1-5 minutes walking. Apartment is enormous for 2 people. Elisa was so kind to provide detailed recommendations for the surrounding area. I thought it was great value for money.
Negative: Understandably, there was no luggage storage available.

Positive: Central to everything. Good shower. Good communication from hosts about access.
Negative: Ants on surfaces in kitchen. Floor not clean. Sofa smelt and looked dirty. A couple of nights it was so noisy outside sleep was impossible. One side of mattress was very uncomfortable with large dip. Could do with a side light in bedroom. The brown water dripping from a radiator into a plastic tub in the bedroom was not pleasant.
Summary: Not as expected from photographs.

Positive: The location, the view from the appartement
Negative: The bathroom need to be refurbished, specially the shower. Parking the car near the appartement or in near zone is impossible as Parma don’t have parking for visitor’s, so u have to walk for more than 10 mn to find one (payable 15 euro for more than 6 hours).

Positive: Very nice appartment in the center of Parma. Spacious, clean, the kitchen is equipped also for a longer stay. The bedroom was very quiet, livingroom windows are on the main street and might be a bit noisy in the mornings. The appartment is on the upper floor but there's elevator. People are friendly and helpful, check-in/out was wasy and without any complications. Location is very good - just in the center of everything (shopping, sightseeings, bars, cafes, restaurants, culture). Easy to reach, train station can be reached also walking, or by bus, there's also a parking in the near (I think Giotto is the name). We had wonderful stay and can only recommend the place.
Summary: Just Parma
