Summary: Gym was good, heated pool was great and included breakfast was pretty solid. Room was ok, but pretty forgettable, and had expected better for the price.

Summary: Excellent service from all staff. Could not fault their attention to detail. Always pleasant and helpful. Scott the concierge is always happy to help and a valuable asset to this hotel. Barista, bar staff and waiters/waitresses in the restaurant were professional and always present. Always happy. The service from the staff is what will always bring me back to this hotel.

Summary: Our stay did not meet expectations. While the bedding looked clean, it caused discomfort and we felt itchy all night, which affected our sleep. We also used valet parking, but there was no help offered with our four suitcases. As two female guests, we felt this level of service was lacking.
