Positive: Sasha's apartment was great, She was there to greet me and showed and explained to me everything I needed to know. The place was super clean and spacious, and there was plenty of room to store my food shopping. Coles is literally across the road and the train station is 12 minutes walk, though on my departure I took the Ferry and it was only 6 minutes walk.

Positive: Very neat and tidy apartment with a extremely kind and involved owner sasha. She goes above and beyond in caring for the comfort of her guests, answering their questions and meeting their needs. I will not hesitate in recommending her accommodation to anyone visiting Sydney and not requiring to stay in the crowded and noisy CBD.
Negative: Nothing really.

Positive: Location was great. Close to public transport and shops. The room was clean. The host was nice. Shoes off at the door.
Negative: The accommodation is a key locked room, with two double beds and an attached bathroom. From the listing it looks like you get a whole apartment which is a bit misleading. There are at least two other bedrooms in the apartment which were occupied and you have a shared kitchen and lounge area - which is what you see above. Once we better understood the arrangement, it wasn't really that much of a problem. They were doing construction on the block next door when we stayed which made it a bit noisy when they started at 7am.

Positive: Sasha was amazing and met me with a tour and keys. Sasha pointed me in the direction for shops and restaurants. The room and bathroom was very clean and had everything I needed. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a supermarket around the corner. I had a very comfortable stay. Thanks Sasha!
Negative: I didn't like the noise in the morning but it was no fault of host or location- just some construction happening next door. Normally I am awake and up by 7am but had a late night and didn't have to be up early the next day. It was a minor thing.
Summary: Great value for money as well as clean and tidy.
