Summary: We were in town for our son’s school function. This home had everything we needed and more. From beautiful fireplace, to spacious rooms, and gorge kitchen. Our host was amazing. He called ahead of time to give us tips on activities in the area. Great privacy, comfortable home close to campus. Killer sound system.

Summary: I had a wonderful 4 days with my mom who lives near by. The house was perfect for holiday baking. The dog loved the neighbors and the neighborhood. We met so many nice people and dogs on our walks and we even saw chickens! The kitchen was perfect for baking and visiting. Scot is the perfect host. The house had everything we needed and more. Our family plans to come back in January for a birthday get together. We are all looking forward to it!

Summary: We went to Athens for a family reunion and had three couples staying here. This place was amazing! I have stayed in many VRBO homes and this was by far the best! The location, neighborhood, communication, and especially the interior layout and design were all great. There are so many wonderful things I could write about Scot’s place, but I think it best sums it up by saying that I would buy the home if it were available and not change one thing about it! Will definitely go back! Thanks Scot.
