Positive: Great location near the nature reserve! We enjoyed food and wine outside on the covered patio.

Negative: There was a washing machine, but no detergent to wash clothes or rack to dry them. No olive oil for cooking. Dirty toaster oven.

Positive: The location was about three kilometres outside of Aveiro, but it was next to an amazing wetland landscape with boarded paths running through it and an excellent cafe where the staff were friendly and happy to accomodate special sandwich requests. It took ten minutes to get into town with the bikes provided, and twenty five minutes walking by taking a shortcut. It allowed us to have the best of both worlds. Our host was wonderful and took time out to check we were comfortable.

Negative: It would have been nice to have a few maps provided and to know more about the bus routes, but we found these at the information centre in Aveiro.

Summary: Great location, fully equipped kitchen and house, easy access to city and great to have bikes!
