Positive: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Passport Villa. My room was a great size and very comfortable. It was cleaned every day with new bottles of water provided. The owners of the hotel were so helpful and friendly. It is in a great location close to bars and restaurants, but not too noisy. I would recommend to anyone staying in Siem Reap.

Positive: Passport Village is a really nice nice place. We book a room for my family (5 People) in the middle of the town, and it resulted to be a enormous room at a couple of street from the pub Street (and supermarket) It was a simple, wide and really cleaned room. The swimming is so gorgeous. We used every day. But the most important, was the kindlessly of the owners, who received always with a smile, many adviced and good conversation. They booked for us for dinner, taxis (tuk-tuk or Van), tours and all that we needed. They were so "helpulfulless" than they cannot imagine.

Positive: Kathy and Khan are fantastic hosts. They were always helpful with local advice and arranged a great tuk tuk driver (Mr San!) for the temples. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The pool was really nice to relax between temple visits. Great location.

Negative: Everything was perfect, can't recommend this hotel enough!

Positive: The hosts were so helpful in organising transport and last minute tickets. We had a family room for five adults which was huge and provided plenty of space for us all to spread out. We had a late afternoon flight and the premise provides a room to wait in after check out and organise our luggage before our flight.
