Positive: Amazing location. Loved the decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us store our bags after checkout which was very useful. Plus a later checkout time than most places.

Negative: We really liked the hotel so hard to think of any negatives. Some better tea and coffee facilities in the room would be nice, a few more varieties of tea, etc.

Positive: The location. The lounge was nice. The staff were kind.

Negative: There were a couple of ants that I found in my room, even though I was on the fifth floor. That was not fun. The elevator was also a bit small which made some trips to/from my room a bit difficult.
